Refund and Purchase Policy

“Web Inforce “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased any services from  Web Inforce and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund.

Refunds on Services:

To be eligible for a refund on any services, the following steps must be taken:

Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started at any level or if the initial design style has not been approved. The full refund policy will be initiated after the upfront payment date and will take 60 Days to refund the amount.

Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style.
The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.

No Refunds: If the project has been completed/Live and uploaded on the server and the client provided the final payment for the same.

A refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@webinforce.com or sales@webinforce.com
